Chandigarh has been awarded the third position by Union Minister Hardeep Puri in the sanitation category for revolutionizing waste management here. Mitra said that the smart city Chandigarh recognized at the national Smart Cities Award reaffirms its commitment to transforming Chandigarh into a model smart city.
