Prime Minister Narendra Modi Commends Workers’ Dedication to Constructing New ITPO Complex, Delhi

On Wednesday, PM Narendra Modi felicitated the ” shramjeevis” or workers who worked hard to make the Pragati the new pragati maidan complex the ‘shramjeevis, or workers who worked hard to build the India Trade Promotion Organisation (ITPO) complex or new Pragati Maidan Complex in New Delhi.

About ITPO complex

Another worker said they saw PM Modi from afar earlier, but today they met him in person. PM Modi gives a shawl to us. We worked very tough in all temperatures and weather and even during covid-19 days.

On Wednesday Prime Minister Modi conducted a ceremony at the renovated ITPO complex, at Pragati Maidan in preparation, for the official opening. He interacts with workers who are responsible for the construction of this complex and honour them. The revamped IECC complex will be inaugurated officially by the prime minister in the evening, who will address the entire gathering.

On Monday, PM Modi said to the facility and built the following old and outdated structure at Pragati Maidan. It was developed as a national project at a cost of 2700 crore and had 123 acres of campus area.
