Egyptian Woman’s Warming Act- Wearing a Saree, Welcomes PM Narendra Modi by Singing “Yeh Dosti…

Prime Minister Narendra Modi is planned currently to visit Egypt on his arrival at Ritz Carlton Hotel in Cairo. He was greeted with a warm welcome by the Egyptian women wearing saree.

One of the Egyptian women, a Jena dressed in a saree, welcomed PM Modi by singing the famous Hindi song, “Yeh dosti hum nahi Chhodenge.”  He listened to the rendition of the Kishore Kumar and appreciated the young woman.PM Modi was surprised when Jena informed him that she knew little Hindi and had never visited India.  PM Modi said that, “ Kisi ko pata bhi nahi chalega ki aap Hindustan ki beti ho ya misr ki beti ho.

One of the Egyptian women, jena sing the hindi movie song, Yeh dosti hum nahi chhodenge to welcome the PM modi in Egypt. The video in which the Egyptian women singing the song are instantly viral on social media. Modi listened to this song attentively and expressed appreciation by saying, “Waah.”

Along with the Egyptian women, many members of the Indian community are also present at the hotel to greet PM Modi. The warm welcome and presentation of cultural programs by Egyptian women show the more strong relationship between both countries.

 What Jena told after singing the song

Jena told to reporters that she saw PM Modi smiling, and she thought he loved the song. I was highly honored to meet him. Jena said that she has been singing Hindi songs since she was the age of 6 years old. It was 11-12 years when she sang Hindi songs, Jena told the news agency.

The Indian diaspora comes in large numbers to the hotel to welcome PM Narendra Modi during his visit to Egypt. All the Egyptian girls dressed in traditional attire, and saree, waved the tricolor Indian and chanted the “ Vande Mataram” and  ‘Modi, Modi.’

PM Modi, after completing his first state visit to the US, landed in Egypt on 24 June to kickstart his two-day visit. On Sunday, he is scheduled to meet President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi. The two leaders take the decision to elevate the relationships to a level of partnership during the EI- Sisi visit to India as chief guest at Republic Day celebrations this year.

The first official engagement of PM Narendra Modi in the country was a scheduled meeting with India Unit. A team of high-level ministers constituted by El-Sisi to enhance India-Egypt relations. 7 Egyptian Cabinet members led by the PM, Mostafa Madbouly, were present to perform discussions on the basis of trade relations and make a strong partnership between India and Egypt.

During the first state visit of PM Narendra Modi to Egypt, the Egyptian women wore sarees and sang the Hindi song “ Yeh dosti hum nahi challenge.” Jena shows her love for Hollywood songs. She also said it was so good to meet with PM Modi. On this, PM Modi said that it seemed that Jena was from India.
