The Indian international centre construction for Buddhist culture and heritage starts in Nepal at Lumbini with rituals of Bhoomi Pooja On Sunday. The IBC, International Buddhist Confederation, New Delhi make, look at construction to be done on plot allocate, Lumbini development trust. It is done under the agreement between LDT and IBC, which was signed in 2022.
