Today, the new 3 criminal law bills have been passed in Lok Sabha to promote fairness, Justice and transparency. The objective of the 3 criminal laws bills is to reform the criminal justice system in the country and bring the justice system in the country. The 2023 Indian Justice Code Bill, the 2023 Indian Civil Defense Code bills, and the 2023 Indian Evidence Bill have been approved by Lok Sabha. These new three bills will replace the 1860 Indian Penal Code, 1898 Code of Criminal Procedure, and 1872 Indian Evidence Act.

During the discussion on these three bills in Lok Sabha, Union Home Minister Amit Shah stated that the proposed laws had been prepared after significant deliberations, and he had long gone through every stage and full prevent of the draft legislation before bringing them before the House for approval.
