An professional spokesman has given the statement that the rates of treatment has been fixed by the admin will cover care for comorbidities, emergency intervantion but the cost of Covid-19 test will be additional one. The Spokesman also said that the cost of delivery and care of new born infant and their mothers will be charged as previous existing amount. Extra charges will be given by the patients if there will be any case related to surgery during treatment. The drugs will be charged at MRP rates.
The rates may differ to each and every hospitals for covid-19 treatment. He also stated that hospitals that are accredited by NABH Will charge 5500 for mild cases, RS. 9000 for moderate cases , RS. 14000 For severe cases, RS. 16,500 for critical one’s .
Like Wise for Non NABH hospitals, the cost of treatment will be 4500 for the mild cases, RS. 8000 for the moderate cases, RS. 13,000 for Severe cases, RS. 15,000 for most critical cases.
The private hospitals have also got the authority to intimate the UT health department about availability of covid beds.
